Salient Features :

• DWELL TIMING DEVICE' can set timing of the moving platen from 0.5 to 10 seconds. At dwell option, the moving platen remains stationary in an open position for the set dwell time before resuming motion. This is very useful feature when large/difficult jobs are being fed or when fine registration of Die in a job is required. This feature minimizes wastage in jobs.
• 'ELECTROMAGNETIC CLUTCH & BRAKE' enables push button control of the machine for easy and efficient operation. The advanced electromagnetic clutch & brake do not require lubrication.
• Multiple 'SAFETY DEVICES' viz. Off-position at Rotary Switch, Leg operated Safety Guard, Protective Wrap-Around Safety Guard, Trip Bar on the moving platen (optional), Safety is ensured by full electrical interlocking. All moving parts of the machine are protected by approved safety guards.
• Quick & simple adjustment of impression / pressure equalization independent for each side. The set value of impression can be read on graduated scale.
• High performance Precision Gears viz. Helical & Herringbone Gears (it works silently, without vibration and have capacity to bear extreme load).
• The Platen is driven by the ball bearing mounted shafts through a pair of reduction gears protected by guards.
• Rigid construction and compact design of the machine requires minimum floor-space.
• Number of impressions made by the machine are displayed on the operating penal.
• Main Shaft & Connecting Arms are mounted on Phosphor Bronze Bushes.
• One piece casting, properly stress relieved.

The machine (Fingerless Corrugation Machine) offershigh rate of production and enhance efficiency. The corrugated flute rollers, pressure rollers and glue rollers are by Pneumatic adjustment. The flute rollers are mounted on bearings for smooth running and imparts proper impression on paper. The middle flute roller is fitted with vaccum suction jacket instead of adapters which keep flute profile stable.
Impression Adjustment through two eccentric bushes - Electro Magnetic Clutch & Brake to eliminate possibility of time lag between driving & breaking - Dual Timing Device to give a variable period from half to ten seconds - Two Oblique Type Corrugation Machine.

Flute Rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical Roller Bearings, to give perfect impression on Board. The setting of Flute Roll is from one side only. A Motor is fitted to keep the Gum Rolls Rotation for agitation of the gum while the gum Unit is disengaged from the Flute Rolls. A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorized self Loading Reel Stand is additionally provided with machine. The Machine is provided with Centralized Lubrication System.
